Experienced Project Management
Only experienced and trained Program Managers and Team Leaders, following best practices and established processes, are assigned to manage the success of the project at both the client site and the Global Delivery Centers. They will be involved in the project from the discovery phase, where business requirements are gathered all the way through to ensuring service level standards are being achieved. By design, the Program Managers, take a "hands-on" approach with both the Global Delivery Center and Client management and staff to ensure the success of the project.
