“VeriFone started with 9 vendors, looking globally (India, Philippines and in the U. S.), we ultimately decided on TREC for a few reasons: their competitive pricing structure fit our needs based on the type of calls we were sending them, their turnover rate seemed to be the lowest compared to the other vendors we were pursuing which were in the 50% range, we certainly couldn’t do that with our campaign; and lastly, TREC assured us stability in personnel and they delivered.

We started with our administrative type of calls and given their ability to handle those calls, we started feeding them some of our technical calls which was not really within their comfort range but they made it happen.
