2011 Hosted Call Center Solutions Pricing

For 2011 TREC Global is offering our time - tested Call Center solution as a hosted service. This solution hosted in the Midwestern US in a state of the art high performance data center. The equipment, electrical and network connectivity are all fully redundant. A hosted solution allows you to locate your agents anywhere in the world. This allows to distribute agents in - house, Home - based, near - shore or Off - shore to make the most effective use of your resources.

Our disaster recovery site is located off - shore to provide a geographically diverse backup site.

Because of our dynamic setup and excess capacity you can increase the number of seats with a very short lead time. You pay for only the maximum concurrent seats used during a month, you don't pay for equipment that is idle. We can also provide live agents to help with spikes in your call volumes; this can be done on an hourly or per minute basis.

The following features are included in our low monthly rate:

  • Agent Account Maintenance
  • Inbound ACD maintenance
  • Outbound dialer (Progressive, Predictive and Manual)
  • Soft - phone installed on the agent's desktop (agents connect directly into our system all traffic is sent via VoIP to their desktop no additional Telco charges)
  • 100% recordings
  • Creation and Maintenance of the call flow scripts
  • Call Data Reports showing raw data of all calls inbound and outbound (Agent, time, phonenumber, disposition, length of call, Queue time, etc)
  • Daily Summary Reports
  • 7 X 24 Monitoring and support
  • Real Time display accessible via web browser or PDAs showing details of the Queue and individual agents status.

Up to 10 $600.00
11 to 20 $40 per seat
21 to 30 $35 per seat
31 to 40 $30 per seat
41 to 50 $28 per seat
Over 50 $25 per seat

Monthly Rates. There is a minimum charge of $600 per month which covers the first 10 seats.
Additional seats are priced per seat: 11 Seats would be $640 per month ($600 + 40), 22 seats would $1,070 ($600 + 10 & $40 + 2 & $35).
In addition to the monthly fees there are only 2 other fees you may have to pay:

  • a one time $25 setup fee per user.
  • Telco costs which are billed at $0.019 (1.9 cents per minute). This can be eliminated if your Telco provider sends traffic via SIP Trunking.
