Customer Renaissance Program

The generation of business comes from 2 sources new customers and existing customers. This Customer Renaissance Program is designed to benefit the company by targeting existing dormant customers, those that have not generated business in more than 2 months. These customers are an excellent source of both new sales as well as assistance in marketing to new customers.

The approach we are using to develop more business for you is a customer survey. Most people find this far less intrusive than a sales call. We are able to get many more people to answer the survey than people who will listen to a sales pitch and the information you will get from the survey is invaluable in developing new business.

Survey Customization
TREC Global will work with you to develop a custom survey for your business. By identifying the desired outcome from the survey we can develop a set of 7 to 10 questions to ask.

Depending on your needs we can perform this survey calling on your behalf (to increase customer awareness) or as an independent survey organization, which will sometimes provide more candid responses from the clients.

Client Survey

By taking your existing client list and identifying the dormant customers we will load them into our system and start calling to conduct the survey. Each customer will be attempted 5 times, on the 4 th time we will leave a message to let people know we are trying to take a survey, this helps to eliminate people who are screening calls.

Our agents conduct these surveys in the most professional manner, insuring a positive customer experience. In addition to the survey questions themselves the agents will also elicit customer feedback and comments. This will help you to learn what is most important to your customers.

Even if the client has found another company to provide services, this survey will help you identify why they left and what you can do to win them back and keep other clients from going to your competition.

 
Opportunity Identification

As part of the survey process we will identify opportunities for new business with these clients. When an opportunity is identified, the survey and the opportunity information is sent immediately to you so you can follow up with the client while the opportunity is still fresh.

 
Data Compilation

Once the survey is complete, we will compile the data and produce an analysis of the data. If different sales or support people are handling different accounts we can break down the results by person to identify areas for improvement for the individuals

The results will also be compiled at the company level to identify the key driving factors of your clients, identify why you have not had business from them and determine how you can win them back as a client.

 
Database Verification

Another benefit of this process is that your database of customers is verified and updated. We identify if customer contacts have changed and give you the opportunity to introduce your products and services to the new contact.

 
Follow Up

Every month, new clients will be added to the dormant list and others will become active again. Every month we will call the newly dormant clients, and follow up on the old ones also. We will only do a survey of the same client once every 4 months; more often than that is unproductive.

The pricing below is for a small business customer with less than 100 dormant customers. We handle client databases with several hundred thousand records. If you have more than 100 dormant customers call for quantity pricing.
 
Setup Fees

The setup fee include the development of the survey, the calling lists, scripts and agent orientation. The setup fees are a one-time $500. Subsequent months and follow up calls do not require any additional fees.

 
Monthly Fees

Monthly fees consist of a fee per client processed. This is done on a tiered basis.
